Is there an app that shuts down the phone after someones tried to acces it but typed the wrong code for a certain amount of trys?

Is there an app that shuts down the phone after someones tried to acces it but typed the wrong code for a certain amount of trys?

I don't know about an app with specifically that facility, but there is one that shoots a picture with the front camera every time the wrong code is entered, and sends that picture to an email address of your choice together with the device's GPS coordinates, or even a live, dynamic stream of its location on a map.
Unfortunately I can't recall which app that is, right now.
