Help Shutting off 3G radio

Hi All.
Is it possible to keep the 3G radio off? I bought SwitchPro and turned off the radio last night but it's back on this morning. If I can't keep it off, I'll have to return SwitchPro (since I bought it specifically for that purpose).

Just turning on Airplane Mode should do the trick.

Airplane Mode turns voice off as well right? I'd like to leave that on but have 3G and Wifi off. If I can't do this, I'd rather return the app and get a refund.
