Just a fyi, you cant copyrite ideas. In fact, you can't even patent an idea... The best you can do is patent a process, which in the world of software, blurs the line between process and idea.

No, sir. Look at the image he posted in the OP. He claims his app is copyrited, which is not possible. His process can be patented, and the code itself can be copyrited, but that's about it. Just letting him know so that he can take the required actions before he finds himself in a position where the legalities of patents and copyrites would be beneficial.
 
allright i'm going to check out the view pager thingy,

and btw,
the only reason i made the copyright text, was to prevent people from using my graphics
