It seems a bit odd that the Sidekick 4G is geared towards the texting/messaging crowd AND the UI for switching from text to text, whether writing or reading is VERY SLOW. Am I the only one here?
You would figure that this would be quicker, but its not. Maybe I am just complaining here but I am a heavy texter and if you are not careful and patient, you could accidentally send a text to the wrong person. The Messaging UI is very slow when viewing different threads. It is really irritating.
Does anyone know when Rooting or a OTA update is coming soon? This is the only issue I have so far with this phone.
The keyboard is barnone the best, but the UI needs to use the processing more efficiently.
If this doesnt get fixed, I might have to go back to my 9780, or wait for the 9900.
