Help Signal Boost - Failure

I got my shiny new Desire S last week from orange
Loved the Signal boost as my old provider Vodafone was shocking in the house

Everything has been fine for a few days, but the last couple of days the Signal Boost has ceased to connect in the house

Is this a known problem, is there a fix
Is it an update issue

This could depend on the speed/quality of your broadband connection and how many other devices are connected to it.

You may need to reset your router to establish a connection.

You could give your phone a static IP address (see here).

As these problems could be just as much an issue with your router as your phone, make sure your router has the latest firmware.

The Boost was working for nearly 1 week without any problems

It has just stopped working

how do you update your router?

Go to the website of your router's manufacturer. There should be instructions there.

Alternatively, if you got your router from your ISP, there may be instructions on their website.
