Signature Capture

I am looking for a signature capture app that will add a signature to a word doc that does not require a data connection. My tablet has wifi only, and I would like to collect a signature when I'm not latched to a network.

I've tried Sign Now but it requires you to get the document from your email or dropbox. I need to be able to access one that is stored on the tablet.

I will be performing an audit, where I will be completing a form and then I will sign and the auditee will sign. I can do it on my laptop through functions native to Office (I have a Dell XT2 tablet laptop) but would rather use my tablet due to size and convenience of making notes while moving.
