Help Silence Phone Except Ringer

Newbie here so please forgive if this is really basic. I am coming from a BB and I want/need to be able to silence all notifications but still allow the phone to ring. I need to do this ONLY at night. Anyone know of a shortcut or app that will do this without me going into the settings every night and changing it. Thanks
