Help Silencing the Droid. A question.

I installed the new OTA yesterday. Now when I boot up the phone, it goes "DROID". How can it silence it, without putting the phone on silent mode. Or can it even be done? It used to not make a sound when I turned the thing on, now it says "DROID".

you have to rename the mp3 file that is in the

/system/customize/resource

folder
