Silent camera that works with Razr Maxx

I'd like to hear apps you recommend for this particular phone, other than stock.

I've downloaded some and haven't found the perfect combo, silent, good auto focus, and high res.

I'm getting more used to Vignette, but am still flummoxed that you cannot see the changes on screen as you move the Exposure slide. Hoping that will be one of the upcoming changes.

I tried Vignette but it took too long to get the photo to the SD card, and it wouldn't let me take another picture until it was done. That was some time ago so maybe that issue is fixed.

Recently tried Camera360 on my Maxx and it takes really good pictures. Quick save with auto save. Plus many good features. And it's free.

Good luck.

Thanks, I'll try it. It has to be silence-able though. My dog freaks at the camera sound.

trying out the maxx as my incredible is finally biting the dust. The camera on the maxx is really weak, even compared to my original inc. I was hoping to try out the new inc 4g but it keeps getting delayed unfortunately. I'm not crazy about the size of the maxx, although a beautiful screen and battery is amazing. But trying to take some pictures at my daughters grad ceremony yesterday and the pictures were pretty pathetic. My wife has the iphone and those pictures she took are stunning. Only have 2 days left on my 14 day trial and looking like I will take it back and just wait. The focusing seems to be the biggest issue compared to my inc, so maybe different app would help?

Did you all get used to the size coming from smaller phone like iphone or original inc. If the new inc 4g is about the size of the inc2 or rezond then that size seems much better for me to hold and navigate around with one hand.

I too am a big fan of vignette, and though I am impressed with camera360, I always end up returning to vignette. The shutter can be silenced but the big feature for me is time-lapse. I recently requested a feature implementation of the dev and a response was received within two hours informing me it would be implemented in the next update - and it was; within two weeks! Any queries I've had have been responded to just as promptly.

For me, the larger size was becoming necessary. My eyes are fading fast, and I couldn't read smaller screens anymore. And yes, I adjusted to the size of the larger phones pretty quick. Just technique. And baggy pants.
