Help Silent Ringtone for Incredible 2

I recently got the Incredible 2 and can't find where to choose a "Silent" ringtone for calls coming in that aren't in my people. I've had this phone # for a couple of years but always get people calling for the person who previously had my number. My solution on the Droid Charge and Aries that I had was to make the default ringtone "Silent" and have all my people with a specified ringtone. Does anyone have any ideas or apps that have a "Silent" ringtone? I don't want to put the phone on silent or vibrate because I then won't hear the phone ring at all.

You could just create a ringtone that is silent. Use your voice recorder to record 10 seconds or so with your finger over the Mic. Then choose that as a ringtone.
