i have mobile phone with android 4.2. when sms received phone not ring the sms bell and become silents. how can i set ring for sms. not shows sms notification in title bar of phone

You dont say which phone or sms app you are using, but normally you can set a sound notification:
Open sms app
menu button
settings
scroll down to notifications
press "select ringtone" then "media storage"
choose one you like (silent is an option here)
Note that in the contacts app you can set different notification sounds for each contact if you wish
I dont think you can have sound notifications without an icon appearing in the top status bar as well.
