Help "Sim Authorization Error" RAZR outage

I just got it this morning!! I rebooted and now it's back to normal, full bars--full speed on 4g and 3g...anyone else experience this?????
 
Same here. I restart the phone and back to normal.

To everyone else - My satellite signal goes out went it rains hard. I basically find something else to do. A few outages from a cell phone isn't anything to cry over. Just be patience. You're stuck for 2 years anyway :-)
 
I juat had the notification, restart ed and it went away. Should i do anyrhing like go to verizon and see what they say or let it go and see if it happens again?
 
Had the problem here in NJ also since about 2, called Verizon and they said to take the card out and put it back in and reboot.....I thought....yeah right.....

But did it and its been good since
 
I have the sim card error on both my Razr and my Xoom again. Verizon is really dropping the ball with their LTE network. Whatever the problem is it needs to be fixed.
 
I received the SIM Card error yesterday for the 2nd time around. 3G was dead as well for about 4 hours. I wound up taking it over to the Verizon store and got a new phone. Not but two hours later 10:30pm the SIM Card error came back for the 3rd time. :o( I let it go for the night and this morning decided to reboot, and it went away.
To my surprise the update was waiting for me to download. I hope it helps out!

I got the update as well this morning, now no data what so ever. No 3g no 4g no nothing. Was working fine before the update.
 
Being that I am not in a 4G area right now at work, I can't test that. But my 3G connection is up and is quite strong. Once I get home I should be able to tell if the 4G connectivity is any better. That is unless I get the SIM Error again with which I will be hitting up the Verizon store AGAIN to get a new one. :eek:

The sim card error was due to Verizon's network going down yesterday. To get the error to go away you just need to remove the sim card, then turn off your Razr, then insert the sim card and reboot. However, the update is supposed to fix the sim card error so hopefully we won't have to worry about it anymore.
 
Well, well,well, the sim card error is back as of 9am est. No, 4G, or 3G data on Razr, Rezound, and Nexus. Looks like another outage. This is getting old. Wasn't the update supposed to fix the damn sim card error?

Added: Now my Xoom is getting the sim card error. Sigh.....
 
Just got the Sim Card Auth Error today for the first time...
I've experienced the loss of data in the past.. but a quick settings>DM>turn off data, turn back on data< usually worked.

wierd. at least the remove SIM, off, reboot seems to have brought it back.
 
Got the error twice today. This is the first time that the error has come up on my phone. This is ridiculous. I thought the update was supposed to make sure that this would not happen?
