Sim card for Android Boost Mobile phone

I have a boost mobile phone model number :N860 and I no longer have the sim card and I was wondering where do I get one and what kind of sim card do I need and can I use this phone for prepaid boost mobile or Verizon prepaid or straightalk prepaid service?

Boost, IIRC, is Sprint, so it's CDMA and doesn't use a SIM card. I doubt Verizon has your phone's IMEI in its database, so you can't use it on their towers, and Straight Talk only allows Sprint phones on Sprint towers.

Actually you can call and ask for an art or T-Mobile Sim card and they will send you one.
Most of the straight talk phones sold in my area come with at Sim cards.
