Help Sim Card Issues in HTC Desire C

My Phone works fine when i use it without instering the SIM Card. I can listen to music, watch videos and also click photographs.

The moment I slide my SIM Card into the slot the phone starts rebooting automatically. Also when i get an incoming call my phone switches off.

If i keep the charger connected to the phone then it work fine and i can make and receive call.

Can someone please help me with this.

Have you flashed an overclocked kernel, your phone might not support high OC, switch back to stock kernel.

Otherwise if not try doing system updates found in settings, or try different sim card.
