SIM card NOT DETECTED after software update

[Android Question]

After updating software of my handset (Samsung galaxy gt-s5830i) from GINGER BREAD to jelly bean. I'm getting an error saying "YOUR SIM CARD DOESN'T ALLOW CONNECTIONS TO THIS NETWORK". But I tried with other sim cards but it's not working.
It is showing EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY.

Please help me to fix this bug.
