Sim Card Phones

[Timeclock]

My phone is a LG Thrive which is rooted and unlocked and uses a T-Mobile pre-paid sim. I would like to get a used larger screen phone (Android)(~ 4.3" screen) which can use a pre-paid sim. I would like a SD slot and something around 1ghz processor. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Do you have a budget? Brand preference? There's a lot of great options out there.

Even in the used market there are cheap to top of the line phones. I just use my Thrive for WIFI, GPS, and phone calls. I want a bigger screen for ease of viewing and maybe watch some video.(youtube). I liked the HTC EVO 4G but it doesn't use a sim card, maybe something like that. I don't care about the brand. Phones are upgraded every day so there are a lot of used ones available. Is there a place that has a list of phone feathers for comparison?
