Can I swap my sim card from my hero to another hero? Will I have to call sprint to do it or will everything just transfer when I swap the card? Thanks

No sim card in a CDMA Sprint Hero dude. Only GSM phones have sim cards.

Do you mean the SD card?

If you want to activate another phone in place of yours you can do it from the Sprint website, contacts and stuff should update as long as you synced them with Google.
