Hello, my smartphone is Xiaomi Redmi 4X and is a little over 2 years old. My SIM card slot 1 is losing signal completely and it then regains the signal. This happens very often, no matter which SIM card I insert. I even ordered a new SIM card with the same phone number, that didn't help. I cannot determine whether this is a hardware or a software problem, as the card regains the lost signal. I usually have to wait for a minute when this happens.
