Help Sim cards not read

[Sim cards not Read]

Hey all, my phone has been off for a few days and could not get IT turned on even on the Charger. Now suddenly IT Does worm but stays on 1% and both Sims Are not recognized. I am getting a New battery but the Sim thing needs to Be fixed as well. Upon starting IT states: No Sim detected Check of your Sim Card is Ready. Whem turning off the sim toolkit in apps and force starting IT says app not inatalled. any ideas?

Try popping the sim cards out one at a time and put them back in.
And if that doesn't work,Try a factory reset.

Edit: Btw,when taking out sim cards,Make sure phone is off.
