Root Sim Lock?

So i was playing around with the SIM lock and now I cant get my phone to do anything. It just has a button on it for emergency calls only. It also says please see user guide or contact customer care. How do i get back into the phone?
 
ok here is the solution....
on the emergency call keypad enter the following:

**05*<PUK Code>*<enter a new pin>*<confirm the new pin>#
