sim not found

i have a samsung galaxy i777 at&t and i cant work in Greece.after i rooted it and unlock it it cant register on network cant find the sim and the imei number.what can i do?
 
1) The phone has to be unlocked to use any SIM other than an AT&T SIM.

2) The SIM you're trying to use could be bad. (They do sometimes come out of the box not working.)
