Sim toolkit app came from nowhere?

I have this app in my app tray now that says " Sim toolkit" as well as other new apps. I didn't put them on my phone more has my phone been updated and they appeared after restarting my phone....

Notice the last picture I have to gallery apps.

And also can anyone tell me if I can make cache pictures stop showing up in my gallery too? The toppings pictures from dominos app ends up in my pictures and so does the Facebook messages stickers!
