Root sim unlock or simlock?

I just do it, but with a new rom i have any problems.
the h3G sim work fine, but witch tim sim or wind, italians carriers, don't work.
is it possible that the problems are caused from custom rom?
because with stock rom this didn't happen.

p.s. i'm s off but before i was so simunlock in bootloader menu e than i have pressed on it, e the written is become blue: simlock
maybe is this the problem?
 
i do not think this is the prollem. i would restore a stock backup,and see if different sims work there. if so,the prollem was prolly the rom you were running,or possiblely a network setting,or an apn needed entered.

if only the one sim works on stock,then its possible sim did get relocked :eek:
