Simple 4x1 RSS ticker widget?

Title says it all. I just want a widget that will display scrolling headlines similar to the ticker on the fox news channel. I found this:

But when I try to pull it up in the android market it simply isn't there. Tried searching the market for just "news ticker" "rss ticker" or simply "rss widget" but everything I find either doesn't work the way I want it to (e.g. in a 4x1 size) or it is specific to a news feed I don't want.

Any ideas?
 
Yeah, I'm after a similar widget - have tried BBC one, Guardian unlimited and Newsroom, but I do want a scrolling, or one that updates without having to go into the program proper.

Any ideas?

Second bump. Looking for a scrolling 4x1 widget that auto-updates from a user-specified RSS feed. Flash News has one, but it cannot be changed to another source. Any ideas? Would probably be profitable for development and doesn't sound that difficult.
