Simple Android App

[Android Question]

Hello ,
Iam new at the android world and would like to make a simple app that have button to send its output to a microcontroller (Raspberry Pi)
And an area for displaying from this microcontroller
And this (Raspberry Pi) Paired With My Note 8.0 with bluetooth
