Let's say i bought some paid/pro versions of several apps and soon will be changing phones entirely. Will i have to repurchase them all or is there a way to let the new phone know i have patched pro/paid version?
If you use the same Gmail account on the the new phone, you will not have to purchase any of your paid apps again. Just re-install them from the Play Store.
