Simple audio notes app

I'm having hard time finding an app which I could use to easily make audio notes while driving. So, I don't need a complex note taking app (I already use Evernote), I need a simple app to just record a soundbite. AudioNotes is exactly what I need, but it requires me to enter a title before saving a note, which defeats the purpose: I don't want to type while driving. I'd like to have an app which can start recording with 1-2 clicks (a widget which starts recording as soon as pressed would be perfect) and which then saves the note without me having to type anything.

So, does anybody know an app which allows me to start recording a note with 2-3 clicks, and save it with another 1-2 clicks?

Actually your request is so simple perhaps you can email the dev for AudioNotes to make the title an optional item upon saving. Technically it shouldn't be too difficult unless the developer is storing the title as the key somewhere in the app SQLite database.

Already did that. He said he'll do that, but I decided to ask here anyway since it seems to me this kind of app should surely already exist...

Well since dev say he will do it then you just need to wait. If after 3 months he still has not done it, post back and I am sure other Android developers will take up to develop such a simple app.

I figured out this can be done with "evernote widgets" package. I just installed it and put "audio note" widget on my desktop and now I can start making audio notes with one click. Fabulous.
