Simple camera app for Jelly Bean

Ok, the camera app on JB is great, but it is far too complicated for me. The 'selecting options with your thumb' thing is confusing and I usually end up missing my picture. I see no options for the app at all which would make this simpler.

Is there a simple, point and shoot, camera app available for JB?

Also, I would like a very simple way to turn on the video recording, instead of having to select an option from the camera menu. Anyone know how?
