Simple/Cheap Tablet for PDFs

Anyone know of any cheap Android 2.2+ tablets?
I would like one solely to view PDF textbooks for college, rather than carrying my laptop around.

The cheapest I could find so far is:

Does anyone know any websites that offer anything used/refurb. for possibly cheaper or around the same price?

I think the Pandigital will do what you require OK, if you're just reading PDFs and e-books. It's a rather basic 2.2 Chinese tablet.
