Is there a link somewhere on here for a preferred simple method of backup (contacts etc) and a hard reset? I googled but there are way too many choices and I want it as simple and fast as possible. Thanks in advance.
contacts can be backed up through gmail (sync). Then go to settings>Privacy and check Back Up My Data and Automatic Restore. then hit the factory reset.
