Simple KB/MB widget that will show down load speeds

something I can put on the home screen and see the current speeds in and or in and out.

don't need detailed tracking, look at most everything, almost something like the speed test meters but not a test, a read out of active speeds in real time all the time.

I use this one

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.android.telnet

one widget does wifi, and the other does 3g/mobile data. you get the data speed, and also signal strength as well (along with a load of other info when you click on them to start the app)
