1. Does switching to WiFi and streaming audio/video or using any data use up any data usage on my plan?
2. Approx how much streaming audio (XM) can I use a month with the 5GB data plan?

Switching to wifi wont use any of your 5 gig plan. As for the xm donno.

you can download the app 3g watchdog i had that at first but then i realized how little data you normally use up so i deleted it.

i watched my data and did some calculations and with using pandora i could listen to up to 10 hours every day for the monthly limit and i would use all 5 gigs up. and pandora uses quite a bit of data, but for the most part you really dont have anything to worry about for going over

If you're listening to XM for the most part, you won't run into a problem with the data limit, especially if you use WiFi from time to time.

I have a co-worker who streams Pandora all day long thru his phone, thru 3G, not WiFi, and our company has never hit the data cap limit.

We've had 5 Mez's on our corporate account since they came out in October, all of us use them heavily for streaming music. Our boss has not complained once.
