You just need to add an account to your e-mail app.
If you mean Outlook as in re-branded Hotmail, this is a POP3 setup (just google the settings), otherwise it's an Exchange set up (your Exchange admin will be able to provide the details).
Note that for SMTP settings, you will probably need to google the settings for your network as most networks only support their own SMTP server (e.g. smtp.t-email.co.uk for T-Mob in the UK).
