I would say the screen also. Both size and appearance. The super AMOLED is second to none.
I considered other devices, (HTC) but finally had to go with the SGS primarily because of the 4" screen and that it is a Super AMOLED screen. I couldn't settle for a smaller screen with less 'punch'. The EVO has a bigger screen but doesn't measure up in comparison....IMHO.

yeah , I really love how the black appears as true black, watchin a movie in the dark .. those edges on the side of the phone appears as non existent , feels like the phone's screen changes size according to the movie resolution (ok .. that's too much but you get the point )
