Sip sms?

[mntbighker]

Now that Android is supporting SIP (VoIP) natively, does anyone know of an app that handles the SIP SMS side of the equation ONLY. Or if ICS can handle SIP SMS also? The trouble with most of the VoIP apps is they try to interfere with the voice functions as well. It seems as though Google Voice can handle this but I'm trying to get away from GV.

From my VoIP provider:

I am not sure if native sip app supports SMS over SIP (it might be called SIP MESSAGE or IM/PRESENCE)

My GV number is now fully ported and I have verified that JB on my HTC One handles SIP voice but not SIP SMS :-( Unless there is a configuration someplace I have not found.
