Hey folks,
I have been programming on android for more than half of a year now. I really like it. A first app published on google market is a simple tetris clone (blockoulous) which is also published open source on github.
My newest app, sirious! is a siri client for android. It uses the original siri protocol and works in conjunction with SiriServer, an open source project (also available on github) written in python.
It enables you to run your own siri server and program your own plugins![Smile :) :)](/styles/smilies/google/smilie.png)
I think merging the apple and android devices using the same server will be the right way.
The community around SiriServer is growing and there are many plugins already available such as wolfram alpha, weather forecast and so on.
more information on siriclient.com - Check it out! ;-)
