I'm seeing that as well this afternoon, if I hit YES it does go through OK and can post this post.

Yup same here. Certificate has expired. HTTPS is going bonkers about it. Constantly getting warnings.
Seems to be ok now....
Yep looks like someone paid the https bill, ok here too.

Try clearing your browser cache, it might be stuck in there.

Sometimes that happens to me if I ignore the android os updates for several weeks, last time it happened back in may I tried clearing my browser cashe, deleting and re installing chrome, but it only stopped after I gave in and updated my android os. I was ignorig the update because there have been wayyyyyy to many updates in the last year or 2, os updates used to be once a year or so, now it seems like every month

It actually happened again yesterday (maybe why this was bumped although that post doesn't say anything useful) but it's ok now. So I'd say lock 'er up and if it recurs we'll just post again.
