Root six axis 4.2 Bluetooth error

Just updated to 4.2 and six axis is not working. It says it can't access Bluetooth and then my Wi-Fi doesn't work. I sent an email to the developer. We'll see if there is an update to fix it.
Anyone else having this problem? I do still have root access

Yeah I got that too, both on Nexus 7 and Galaxy Nexus, also sent a mail about the problem on the Nexus 7.

The Dev is aware of the problems and is hoping to have it fixed within a couple of days.

Not that I know of. I am thinking of installing a rom that is based on 4.1, or reverting back to an older version if it's possible once I have time. Mainly because of stickmount not working, the dev sounds like he is working on updating other apps first.
And six axis doesn't work.
Those two things is why I rooted in the first place.

Yeah I just went back to 4.1.2. It's great to be on the latest version of android... But not when you can't enjoy it add much as you did the pervious version lol. 4.2 is great and all... But there isn't really that many new features so I went back until I can enjoy oy as much as 4.1.2

yup, i used 4.2 for a couple days and went back to 4.1.2 yesterday. too many things screwed up with bluetooth and other apps that i use. 4.1.2 seems to be as close to perfect as i'm going to experience for the time being, so no need to stick with 4.2 right now.

To all those saying you went back to 4.1.2... were you smart enough to do a backup before upgrading (I wasn't) ?

Is there an easy way to roll back to 4.1.2 if I'm on a rooted, stock 4.2? Or do I have to wipe and flash to stock 4.1.2?

custom recovery (CWM or TWRP) + making a nandroid = your best friend. if you didn't make a nandroid backup, i think you're out of luck in terms of getting all of your settings and layouts back to where they were in an instant.

as it were, i ended up completely reverting to an unrooted stock 4.1.2 image via the wugfresh toolkit, and then i unlocked the bootloader, rooted, and flashed TWRP and started over from scratch. some people hate it, but i actually don't mind tweaking my setups from scratch sometimes.

Yep... I actually used wugs toolkit to go back to stock. I made a backup but I didn't know how things would go with the way that all the directories got flipped around lol. I went back to stock unrooted first. Then rerooted and installed CWM... them restored my backup

I emailed the dev, and he sent me an email yesterday, and he said "I'm aware of this issue and hope to have a fix soon. Android 4.2 has introduced a new Bluetooth stack, so it will take some time to rewrite the sixaxis driver. I hope to have a fix within a week."

just wait and see, but i still haven't had time to wipe and go back to 4.1; 4.2 is so frustrating

Really?! great! I didn't get a notification about update the update on the play store. Will try it out. Wonder if it works on 4.2.1? I haven't updated to 4.2.1. I was actually going to revert to 4.1 just for sixaxis today.

Yeah I haven't tried it yet. I haven't had time to update. I'll let you know how it goes though if you don't breast me to it.
