Help Skype and other calling applications not working

On my galaxy apollo calling applications like Skype, Viber and MobileVoip are getting one way voice. Am able to hear the other side's voice but my voice is not going.

I've tried to factory reset the phone, but still the same problem.

Can anyone suggest a solution.

I have exactly the same problem. Can anybody help me? The phone is also incredibly slow.
