Hello,

First time posting here, so I apologize in advance if this question has already come up.

I'm experiencing issues with some issues with the Skype App. My HTC ONE - X is about a month old at this point and I havent been able to make a successful call with the app. Every time I attempt to connect via 4g lte, it tells me call failed.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

IF it does, because many telco/providers illegally apply DPI technology (Deep Packet Inspection) on your data traffic to monitor what kind of online applications you run. And if they detect a VoIP connection they automatically throttle the connection to the point of unuseability. So that you will have to use their 'normal', but screamingly expensive mobile networks to make that call...
