If you are using SKype over 3G or WiFi and Skype connects with abroad you will not be charged. You will of course to have Skype credit. I do this all the time.
I don't have any skype credit but was hoping to keep my 3g enabled when i go to belgium this week and use skype for free calls.
Just do not know if vodafone will charge me for using the 3g signal even tho the skype call is free.
