Skype crash - Cannot uninstall!

Hi everyone,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 with Android 2.3.5.

I have had Skype running and used it loads but a week or two ago it stopped working. It might have updated - I'm not sure. But now it has stopped working and crashes the phone with twlauncher force stop errors and then many more.

I have tried to uninstall but this also crashes the phone.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do?! I have also installed Go Launcher EX. Skpye still crases the phone but it does say I have to reinstall it. When I do so it crashes the phone before it starts.

Thanks for your help

:)

I'm not 100% sure how I do that! I have gone into task manager and cleared memory. Please could you kindly tell me how I do that?

Thanks

Just go into Settings > Manage Applications and look for the Skype app and select it, and you should see clear cache or delete the data on the app. Hope this works. :)

It worked! Thank you very much - I went into the settings - Applications - skype - clear data. Had to reinstall but then it could this time and worked.

Great - Thank you!
