Skype on 3

Anyone use Skype on 3?

Was just wondering if anyone knew how to turn of the sound and vibration when instant message calls come in?, can't find an option for this anywhere and they are too regular to leave it running whilst at work unless i can switch them off.

Also a tip, although it tells you you cannot use over wifi I find it works fine if you disconect the wifi whilst signing in and then reconnect the wifi.

Im using it on 3, but I have no idea sorry..

But any idea if that same tip works on MSN for 3?

Skype on 3 dosn't seem to be working for me since the 2.1 upgrade anyone know any alternatives?

I use skype for messaging rather than talking to people, I know there are a few apps that let you make phone calls on skype but skype on 3 was the only app I found that has the instant messaging facility.

(I've never used skype or this app, so no guarantees it's going to be any good )

Thanks Xyro, Nimbuzz sort of works.

Actually it's very good if you only want to instant message one person at a time, but I havn't managed to get it working properly when there is a group of people all messaging in the same room.

I'm going to do some more research see if there is a setting i can change, but if anyone has any other apps for skype instant messaging keep them coming
