Skype pc to phone

I am confused. I realize that the official skype app will not do video chat, so is there a program out there that does video chat between phone and PC using skype? I thought fring did but was proven wrong there too.

You must be talking about Qik. It's made by Skype. I have it on my Infuse and iPad. I've chatted with people from Infuse to iPhone and from Infuse to iPad and from Infuse to Epic.

I have to, but unsuccessfully as far as having a visual call. The iPhone and Qik Infuse apps. are incompatible, no?

I really like Tango, because you can use it to make video calls between Android and iOS devices. You can use either wifi or the cell network. Before, when I tested, the devices didn't have to have the program already started to receive a call, which is nice. The only problem is that Tango isn't working on the Infuse, yet. The person who you are talking to see's your video sideways. Also, the video likes to zoom way in, so that they only see a closeup of a small portion of your face. The Tango engineers say it's a known issue and they are working hard to find a solution. It seems to be happening on a lot of Samsung phones. I'm looking forward to them getting this fixed. Tango is a good one to use.

Tango has just released an update that is supposed to fix the problems on the Infuse. I've installed the update, but can't test it at the moment. Try is out and see what you think.
