Hello again I hope have a good day, I have a HTC Evo 4G and I need to always be connected to Skype but when the cell is put on stanby the Wifi is turned off, is there any option to not turn off the Wifi never?

Welcome to the forums!

Try homescreen, menu, Settings, Wireless & networks, Wi-Fi settings, menu, Advanced, Wi-Fi sleep policy -> never.
 
You have to leave the connections always running.

What EarlyMon said will do the job for Wifi, but if you use JuiceDefender or some other app to save power, you'll need to turn them off.
 
Thanks again im always connected on skype now and i need to charge the phone every night but it still have 34% of the battery with some calls, some music and a little gameplay, i think its a good battery duration, oh and i use adv task killer btw.
 
Drop the task killer mate, it does more harm than good.\

And thanks for the input regarding skype and battery life.
