Skype - Rear camera data usage

Hi all

A great forum here and a great phone i just purchased.

Ive just been making Skype video calls on the rear camera. The reported quality from the other end is apparently excellent!

Does anybody know how much data the rear camera uses on the S2? I do use wi-fi but am still concerned that I will pass my allowance?

Is it something like 1gigabyte per minute? I hope not!

i cant be sure of the exact amount or even a close approximation, but i can assure u that its nothing close to 1gb/min far far less

yep, if you had a link capable of 1Gb/minute would be something north of 17Mb/s upload - unlikely unless you're on a serious connection!
