I don't seem to have the ability to video chat with the Skype app. I could only do voice calls to my friend's computer. Yahoo chat worked with video. Is this a pay feature of skype or is there a setting I need to change? Thanks.
You will have to wait for Skype to update their Android application.
Currently it's unsupported for Android, but now that they have iPhone support, hopefully Android will get video support in the near future.
