Skype vs. Skype mobile (TM) on Verizon

Hey folks, I recently started using skype on my phone and I was a little surprised to see 2 editions of skype in the market. Skype (not from verizon) is 10 mb and has 3.5 stars. Skype on verizon is 4.4 mb and only 3 stars. Does anyone know if there is a difference between the two skypes? Thanks

BTW, I already know about the skype security bug (if they haven't fixed it already, but thanks for thinking to point it out).
