Skyrocket Texting Slow

Texting via swiping works fine, but when I speak / audio to text it takes forever for the text to show up. It used to work pretty fast then all of a sudden it seems to take forever. What is wrong?

buenas tades, tengo un samsung galaxy victory 4.1 by virgin, por error borre el programa del telefano y no se como volver instalarlo de nuevo, he bajado una serie de programa y casi finalizando la instalacion me dice error, alguien me podria ayudar en buscar el rom l 300 para instalar mi telef, gracis
