Skyrocket working very slow.

I got my new skyrocket and love the hone completely. I did flash to ICS and had nothing but problems since. I did try to flash it back to factory. I followed the directions perfectly. BUT now my phone work slow in all areas. Contacts take about 3-5 minutes to appear. Sim card is always intializing each time I go to contacts. Email comes up but when I select one to open the phone freezes and then emails always closes out. The phone wheni slide over to make a call it takes 2-4 minutes before I get to the dailing screen. Ive tried to reboot.I have turn/powered down and restart the phone. Same problem on all items. What can I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try uninstalling the Samsung Firmwares and clear some RAM

Do a factory reset on the phone my first phone did the same thing when switching back to GB and it fixed it.
